This Italian sauce is traditionally served in the summer with cold sliced roast veal but it is equally as good with grilled pork chops.
Ingredients
- 125g tinned tuna
- 3 anchovies
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cream of horseradish
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- 150ml mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp chicken stock
