This haddock or salmon starter is incredibly easy to make with rich deep flavours of the fish combined with the tomato with the parmesan topping.

- 1 small carton of double cream
- 1 small tin of plum tomatoes
- 1 small tin of anchovies (about 6)
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- grated parmesan cheese
