Light tasty and healthy this a great salad for spring when the broad beans are little and sweet.

- 400g little green beans
- 1kg shelled baby broad beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 300g ricotta cheese
- zest of 1 lemon
- 100g rocket
- 750g steamed asparagus
- 20g finely sliced or grated parmesan
- salt and pepper
